Industry Opt-Out Tools
8. What Happens If You Block Cookies
| If You Block | Typical Impact |
|---|---|
| Essential cookies | Parts of the website may stop working |
| Analytics cookies | No major feature impact, but we lose product insight |
| Advertising / attribution cookies | Marketing measurement becomes less accurate |
9. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
RUSH does not currently rely on legacy browser Do Not Track signals because there is no consistent industry standard for them.
Where required by law, we are working to recognize Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as opt-out requests for selling or sharing, even though we do not sell personal data.
10. California Residents
Under CCPA / CPRA:
- we do not sell personal information as defined by California law;
- we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising without an appropriate legal basis; and
- California residents may exercise privacy rights as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Children
RUSH is intended only for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly deploy tracking technologies for anyone under 18.
12. Changes to This Notice
We may update this Notice to reflect changes in our technology, providers, practices, or legal obligations. Material changes may be announced through the website or app.
Continued use of RUSH after an update means you accept the revised Notice.
